米国防長官ボブ・ゲイツの今週日曜　北京訪問に合わせ、自国開発のスティルス戦闘機Ｊ－２０を公開？今のところ、地上テストのみとの情報。（英ガーデイアン紙から）
不確実国家ゆえ、威嚇の張子の虎ものかも知れず（最近のロシア・膨らましナイロン製のタンク、ミサイル発射台）など。

  China is not easy to evaluate for intentions. Their overall attitude and desire for worldwide influence has been uncertain for many years, including the time I was in Japan with a professional focus on them and Russia. Currently their efforts have aimed at an overall upgrade in commercial manufacturing of all marketable goods. This could expand to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) . What is essential to realize is the high tech world in military application hardware has the added bonus opportunity  to transfer to commercial applications some of the related technology and /to ammortize (share) lessen overall research and develoment costs.  

   This is my quick assessment and includes the possibility that China is moving towards replacing the U.S. as the Global Super Power to deal with all International matters with a strong presence of force/capability.

中国の意向は、いつも不確実ゆえ、不明、軍事転用可能な民生製品の改良が、主体であり今後脅威になる事必至。
ポストアメリカの世界覇権を示唆する段階のＰｒｅｓｅｎｃｅ(拡大存在の提示）であろう。


それにしても、アメリカ人の面目躍如、子供のころからの教育の指針で、自己表明力！
